Quite possibly the worst order I've ever had at KFC. The fries were cold and clearly the grease hasn't been changed in a month.... The chicken tough, the gravy, what the heck is that?? The gravy fell out like a lump of potatoes!! This meal just cemented mydecision to never purchase here again. Absolutely unedible. Complaint going to head office. My husband bought the 10P Bucket & 3 Lg sides home for dinner tonight. This was the WORST KFC we have ever had. We had ordered... quite awhile ago and the food was just as bad then. I put in a complaint to the Head Corporation and was sent a $5.00 coupon tobe used on our next order. My husband thought he would give them a second chance. We have bought from this place many timesover the years. Who ever the owners are they should be ashamed of themselves for even thinking they could carry on underColonel Sanders name. He would roll over in his grave. This order was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was dried up and itlooked like it was left overs. Not only that, the skin was so dark that I doubt the cook ever changes the oil. The order wasplaced at 6:20 pm and the store was out of potato salad and macaroni salad so you did not have a lot to choose from. For $37.00it wasn't worth the bag it was put in. I wouldn't even feed it to our dog. This will be the last time we will ever order fromhere and we will make sure that our friends follow suit!!!!! You can't even given them a -0 on this one! Awful experience here. I go through the drive thru 45 minutes before 10 (I thought they closed at 11). I order 4 pc tender box,... with 2 side popcorn chicken, and 2 side fries. I get cold old fries with no salt (too expensive?), 1 side cold popcorn chicken,2 warmish tenders, and 4 pieces of bland tasting chicken. I asked for tenders because I think KFC chicken tastes like it'sbattered in straight flour, it's gross. Should have just gone to Popeyes and paid $1-2 more for edible food, and next time Iwill.
