Day shift on a weekday. Neither employees at the front counter looked up until they finished what they were doing. It happens.... Not a big deal. When the female employee finally looked up, she decided to replace hello with, "are you paying with cash ordebit?". Amazing customer service was then met with hot and readys being neither hot nor ready. None in the oven either. Nopoint hanging around getting warm fuzzies from the staff while waiting for my eventual hot and ready. I left and called pizzahut instead. Read more
If I could give a ZERO, I would. This is the first review I have ever written and I am writing this because I am profoundly... upset and frustrated with the management and establishment as a whole. I have been purchasing pizza from this location foryears. Will be looking into contacting Little Caesar's head office. Hot and Ready's are NEVER ready. I spoke with the managertoday who said they were short staffed even though I counted at least 4 employees and they were all laughing and talking; shealso said the owner doesn't want to lose money on product if it is just sitting there and getting discarded if notpurchased. The pizza is not cut into 8 same sized slice. The pepperoni pizza was purchased today (June 20, 2022); the cheesewas purchased on May 25, 2022. Read more
I put my order on delivery but they change it to carry out since they couldn't get a driver. I called to cancel my order and was... put on hold for 1 hour just so they can tell me they can't cancel it. Got robbed $40 I don't recommend it Read more
