Went in for a refund because a rack that I bought didn?t quite fit. There were some issues with the debit system, and they were... incredibly generous while I waited. I was offered coffee, got some recommendations for tool kits, and when we eventually settledon a cash refund, I was even given a coffee mug to take home! As someone who favours Downtown London, this place is a godsend on most Sundays when servicing your bike is needed. With low... prices, swift service and friendly atmosphere for simple repair jobs like tire flats, this place will get you back in actionwith a smile. The cafe portion is a welcome bonus as the ideal waiting area at least as you relax waiting. Even better, when mybike was stolen, this business generous enough to provide a used bike, albiet one they felt they could not sell, as areplacement for free. While obviously this is not a particular service everyone should expect, it still speaks so well as to thestaff's character to at least their regular customers. That said, this is not the place for extensive repairs with many partshaving to be on order and the selection of accessories pales against To Wheels'. In addition, this cafe's habit for being closedSundays on holiday weekends is most vexing such as on Civic Holiday weekend when my bike chain broke and I had to get my bike toMountain Equipment Co-op in south London for this essential repair.
