My wife's steak came out cold , they got my order wrong , we did let the waitress know and did offer to correct it but we... refused as we were sitting there waiting for our food for at least 45 min already , the caeser salad was not crunchy and verysoggy, overall not a nice experience, the waitress was really nice and got the manager to give us dessert for free .Update* 2years later...came back to try out the food again and it was all very fantastic ,the salad was super fresh and the pickle spearsand garlic pull apart bread were great appetizers, my wife got the steak and it was cooked to perfection this time very tasty, I got the fried chicken and garlic mashed potatoes it was delicious other then the chicken being dry and over cooked just on theouter edges of the chicken, good service , great experience. Normally I don’t complain but yikes. Ordered a beef nacho with extra cheese as our appetizer. Cost an extra $3.99 for extra... cheese. Hardly any on it and it wasn’t even melted all the way. If that was extra I don’t want to see how it is normallymade. Got a side caeser salad with my main meal. It was the smallest salad I have ever seen. Had a drop of dressing on it so iasked for a little more. That cost 2.99 on top of the up-charge of 1.99. Who gets charged 2.99 when there wasn’t any dressingon it in the first place! Very disappointed. Only saving grace was our nice waitress, who was new and young so we didn’t wantto give her a hard time. But the food made us never want to go back to this location in London.
