Having one person serve on a lunch rush with students packing the mall while the other twists dough is bad service. And spending... $5 on less then 1 inch of cold hard cheese wrapped in a bit of dough that taste frozen was a huge waste. Will never go back. Read more

Best pretzel place in London. Didn't even know we had one. Located inside Westmount Mall. The entrance to go through is the one... nearest to the Cineplex Odeon Cinema. Mr. Pretzels pretzels are super soft and have chewy almost sweet dough. 10 differentpretzel flavours to choose from and ridiculous amount of dips as well. Kids will love the Nutella dip or cake frosting or evencaramel one. Fairly inexpensive $3.99 per pretzel. Only thing I would recommend is a mustard flavoured dip of some kind. Ourorder of all the flavours made it a great dinner option. Don't forget to grab beer with it. Read more
