Almost 30 dollars for a large pizza. Disappointed. The dough is very thin. Almost like a flatbread pizza. And they cut the slices very close together so it?s very small slices almost like a pizza for little kids. So in reality like 3 slices of pizza is equal to a regular slice of pizza anywhere else. Wayyyy too over priced for little baby pizza.

I had a terrible experience with Naples pizza here in London. I ordered a queen size pizza over the phone and specified that half of the pizza be only cheese because my friend is Muslim. They confirmed our order afterwards as well so I didn?t think there would be a problem. When I got home I saw that the entire pizza was pepperoni. When I called to tell them that my friend couldn?t eat this they tried to blame the miscommunication on me saying that my phone was cutting out when bro clearly repeated my order over the phone. They were very dismissive in general and seemed reluctant to make me a new small cheese pizza, they even made me drive all the way back to pick it up and that?s not even the worst part, the cheese was literally bad it smelled terrible? my friend couldn?t even eat it, it was like they used the cheese that was at expiration to save money? don?t bother with these dudes 50 dollars for a pizza and then the disrespect in top of that it?s a no from me.

If you?re getting from this Naples, make sure you live one minute away, because the pizza is so cardboard thin that it turns to ice very fast. The pizza was tough to eat, crust overcooked. I?m from Windsor and grew up off Milloy, right near the original Naples. This isn?t comparable. Edit: I was given 25 minutes to arrive and I arrived right on time, wasn?t offered another pizza, you clown. If anyone is reading this, the owner is making their response completely up (or getting me confused with another customer, not surprised that everyone is getting garbage pizza). I never came back nor talked to them. I tried this garbage pizza and left a review. Disgrace to Windsor pizza.

Being that i was born and bred in windsor and married to a manager of a pizza place there for 11 years i can say it does emulate the kind of pizza served at many places in Windsor; unfortunately, for sone change is not a good thing so they seem to be the ones complaining. I on the other hand traveled for many years looking for those diamonds in the rough and i can not judge an establishment for a broken window and am deffinately not going to stop at an isolated pizza place and order a single slice hoping to get the best they have to order. Only the inteluctually challenged would do that. Judging by the people complaining, most of them only right negative comments. I was raised quite a bit differently and if i dont have anything good to say, i just dont say it. Great pizza, a bit out of yhe way and a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Keep up the good work guys!!

When you arrive at Naples and see the boarded up door, take it as a sign? assume it?s been run down and abandoned, and go elsewhere? Because at this pace the doors won?t be open much longer anyways. Worst slices in town! This pizza is atrocious even when ?fresh out of the oven?. Never mind whatever other crusty cardboard pies are sitting on that rack ready for hours to be served to London?s most desperate and starving patrons. I walked in with very low expectations, and they can?t even meet those. Unfriendly service and my jaw feels like it just put in a few extra hours at the gym after just 1 pepperoni slice. My second one is going to the segals. Don?t make the same mistake I did.

I have never been to Windsor but if Naples is any indication of the quality of pizza, then they are doing something right. I don?t usually give 5 ???s that easy but this shop deserved it. What I ordered : 1 x Large Pepperoni Pizza What we liked: Service ? love that this is a family business and that the owner takes pride in his work. While I was waiting for my pizza, he filled me in on the business and it?s origins in Windsor. Friendly, attentive and polite are other words I would use to describe him. Great experience! Quality ? when I walked in and saw the type oven they use, I knew I was going to like this pizza. The owner told me they use quality ingredients including a special type of cheese- and I believe him. The shredded pepperoni is something I have never seen on pizza before but it?s a great idea since you get a bit of pepperoni with every bite. Crust ? it may be the dough or the length of time they cook the pizza for but it was perfect in my opinion. The only ? I could see people having with this restaurant is the price of a Large One topping Pizza. If you don?t appreciate the quality ingredients they are using then $25 may be a stretch when you can get a pizza elsewhere cheaper. That was the walk in cost so add delivery to that. I?m the type of person that values quality so I don?t mind paying a bit extra for it. The best things are not always the cheapest! Overall, this place is ? and I would return again if I was heading into town off of Veterans pkwy. Support your local pizza shop & especially this one!!! ?

Ordered 4 subs from here and they were mostly bread and salad ... called them to place an order as it was our first time ordering from this place and talked to the employee and they assured us that the subs they make are good so we ordered .... this is their idea of meat for the italian sub ....

The closest London is going to get to a proper Windsor pizza. All the negative reviews refer to the things that make this unique and worth the visit: the shredded pepperoni is a windsor classic and the canned mushrooms are what make Windsor pizza totally unique in North America. If you're turned off by shredded pepperoni or canned mushrooms and trust me you need to try it before you judge then this won't be the pizza place for you.
