Went here to save $20 by not ordering through Uber Eats and I wish I drove to another location. This Popeyes looks like it... hasn't been cleaned since the beginning of the pandemic and half of the fountain drink options were water instead of theintended option. I thought if anything the food would be half decent but it doesn't look or taste very good. I understand thatthe store isn't in an ideal location but there isn't one positive from this experience. Very disappointed. CSR didn?t greet the customer at all, waited there around 10 mints to ask if we can place the order, then he... gave us old fries, go back there ask for fresh fries, then no apologies make us wait there then finally we get the order.. neverseen a service like this before, pathetic Read more
I don't think they've ever gotten any of my orders 100% right, yet I keep going back...???? I've had some stale chicken and some... good chicken, but it's definitely hit or miss and they always short change me on the dips. I'm happy there's a Popeyes downtownbut I'm glad I just grab my order and take it home because I wouldn't want to eat in there. Read more
Place is cheap, have almost exclusively received under counts of whatever I order. Always filthy, staff never clean the dining... room, let alone the cooking area. Served me a RAW chicken tender last time I went in (pic attached.) Complained to Popeyes,corporate says they simply cannot get this manager to respond. Disorganized. Couldnt even get my money back. Ordered through skip and it took almost 2 hours to get here. I watched the app say "someone is on their way to popeyes" then 5... minutes later it said 46 minute wait time. I tried to call the restaurant thinking it would just be quicker to go pick it upmyself and they don't answer the phone. Very unimpressed with this location. Usually I go to the one on wellington if I feellike popeyes and I've never had an issue there! Stay away from this one it's not worth your time! Read more
