The ladies working behind the line last night were amazing. It was nice to see food quality does not go down in the last hour of... operation. As a worker in this industry, I did inspect all the quality of the inserts on the line and I only saw cleanliness andfresh product. The manager on duty {brown longer hair} was present and over seeing staff, communicating with guest experiencewas nice to see. It's engaging to see she cared and was in control of the night.
