Shelby's is always a hit! There were two employees working a rush lunch hour. Not only were they friendly and professional, they... also made sure to be clean. Great job keeping up with all the orders. Got the spicy Shelby's shawarma. Perfect heat andflavours. If you like spice, ask for extra hot sauce. Price is reasonable and quality is great! Great food!! I would definitely come back when I'm in London again. My only advice, customer service! The guys were very... friendly, the only thing I'd recommend is pay more attention to the customer when they're placing their order. The whole timeone was on their phone while taking orders and mid what would talk to the other guy. While the other guy would be finishing upthe order and interrupting the customer to talk to the first one. That's the only thing I highly recommend. -this would haveprobably resulted in my chicken/beef bowl having both chicken and beef, not just chicken. But I'm too shy to speak up.Hah. I had an order delivered from there today 3 bowels with different mixes in them. The beef was very hard and salty, the Chicken... lacked flavour, the garlic sauce lacked the the garlic flavour.
