Ordered pick up through Skip the Dishes. Was very busy when we arrived for pick up, but didn't wait more than 5 min. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by both burgers I've had here: The Munshroom Swiss and the Nacho burger. While the... beef tasted amazing, it was a little oily and it left me feeling heavy as the case with any beef burger. I can't wait to have a'Beyond Meat' patty option, or even better, an Impossible Burger 2.0 option. Farm Boy is selling them now so you don't have togo to A&W anymore to get them. Read more

I arrived at 8:30 for dinner. The restaurant hours say they are open until 9:00. When I try to place my order for a combo, I?m... told the couple in front of me got ?the last of the french fries for the day.? Guy at the counter absolutely refused to makemore. What? You?re open for another half hour and you are out of one of the only two sides you offer? Absolutely ridiculous. A total waste of time. Take your business elsewhere. Read more

Great service! Walked in for the first time and they explained the menu and were super friendly. Clean place, music not too loud... and they let you pick your toppings. Burgers are dressed with care no slap and dash typical if fast food Gloves worn the wholetime and hair covered too. Easy 5 stars, would burger again. Read more

Service is painfully slow. Waited 20-25 just for two burgers. The guy working was touching a tablet and did not wash his hands... or change his gloves which is absolutely repulsive. After waiting so long and being so hungry I did not complain, I just wantedto get the f out. This is the second time an employee has made my food and touched other dirty services and didn't changegloves. This needs to be addressed by management before the health unit is involved. I will not be back based on the lack ofcleanliness and speed of service. My head literally hurts after leaving just now from frustration. Get it together and you couldbe great. Read more
