Was seated quickly and our server was really nice and quick to take our order. Food was great as always. Haven't had a bad... meal or service there yet. Love going there. Read more
Picked up an order. Thanksgiving feast... ordered the fresh vegetables medley and they literally smelled like garbage. It made... the whole order smell like a dumpster. Onside, the cauliflour had turned and they're were black rotten spots on it. Also, thegravy and sauce containers were placed inside the mashed potatoes if you can believe it. Like, right on top and squished intothe mashed potatoes. Customer service gave credits for both, but refused to pass it on to head office. Disappointing when you place an order and you don't get what you asked for!! Ordered the roast beef sandwich with fries. I... asked for no horseradish on my sandwich as I do not like it. I got the sandwich with horseradish and a side of horseradish. Got home to find this out. Waste of $20. In the garbage it went. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken online and I thought it was delicious. I also love their Chalet fries and sauce so... much! Chicken was spicy and so good. I would order it again and hope they keep it as an item. Coleslaw is amazing! Read more

0/5 stars. Walked out after an hour and a half with no food, while other people came, ate and left all around us. My first... dine-in experience at a Swiss Chalet ironically turned out to be my worst restaurant experiences, ever. And I've been to manymany restaurants the world over in my 4 decades on earth. This is SS we're talking about too, so nothing complicated right? Ourorder consisted of 2 Quarter chicken meals.. I understand things get busy and everything. Totally fine. Restaurants get busy.But literally everyone in that same restaurant got their food with no delay at all. Large groups, various orders. We ordered themost basic items: chicken dinners. And yet, despite several requests we never got our food?? It was always, "it will be comingsoon", or "the chickens were cooking", but we never ever saw food. This whole thing is absolutely baffling. There is no reasonfor what seemed like blatant mistreatment at the hands of the staff there. Like, why did you refuse to give us food? We nevergot an answer. My partner and I are minorities, and I don't want to entertain the thought that there was some sort of deliberatediscrimination in play. But regardless, this was such a brutal example of disregard I have ever encountered from any business inmy life. F this place. Don't go there If you don't want to be ignored only to leave hungry.
