One of the most poorly managed locations in the city! Absolutely no sense of time when it comes order-taking. Incompetent staff.... Ice machine has been broken for years. Never fixed. I am surprised it continues to exist in its current state without any sortof noticeable improvement. Just a sorry, pathetic example of what happens when management evidently stopped caring and gave up. Read more
