The person who took my order was not friendly and was only partially paying attention to me as I was trying to order. It was a... very lengthy process to order. I feel like this particular establishment isn't very organized and they don't work well as ateam. My hot food that needed preparation was ready and in my hand for 10 minutes and I was still standing at the counterwaiting for a french vanilla cappuccino and a bottle of coke and a honey cruller, all those items should have been ready beforemy spicy buffalo chicken wrap (which was very good btw). Had to repeat my order three times at the counter till the lady understood what I was ordering. Then the lady who makes it gets... it wrong and tries to tell me that?s what I ordered. The girl working drive thru at 9:30 on November 25th was disgustingly rude when I asked if she could toast my sausage English... muffin. She cut me off, informed me it was standard procedure and was clearly annoyed. Funny because the amount of times I'vegot my breakfast not toasted here at all would say otherwise. Not very impressed. Garbage all over the grounds and 15min wait time in the drive through. Staff was pleasant though.
