This is about the 4th time I have been here. The staff is always really nice, the food and the service is a little slow but it's... worth the wait. We had gone for taco Tuesday the week before and the drinks were good and so were the tacos so we decided tocome back yesterday. Last night I visited with my wife and our family member from out of town. What a disappointment, I wasreally embarrassed too. On 8/24/22 about 7 pm we arrive and had a seat when the waitress came over she had a look of "I don'twant to be here and I hate my job". I ignored her attitude and put an order in for drinks and tacos. 20 minutes later shereturns with our drinks, and they were served in these little glasses, almost like a large shot glass, with these really longpaper striped straws. My wife said to the waitress " last Tuesday when we came in for drinks, we order the same thing, and theglasses were pint-size glasses" before my wife could say anything else the waitress snapped and said, "IM NEW ON TUESDAYS ANDTHESE ARE THE GLASSES I USE AND IF YOU ORDER MORE ILL TRY TO USE ANOTHER GLASS!!!!'' and she walked away. Wow!! we all threelooked at each other in shock!!! I am all for supporting the local business but will not allow any person to speak to me and myfamily like that. We got up and walked out. This is somewhere I enjoyed but will never return to because of this one employee. Anote to management, listen and pay attention to how your staff treats your customers. Customer service is key in every businessand this one employee will cost you a lot of customers. I would assume she is family to someone and thinks it's okay to be rudeand disrespectful to paying customers. This is never okay. Read more
Waited over 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and Brussel sprouts with no other food orders. The cook brought me the plate and could... see I was not happy He said, perhaps the wait upset you but good food takes time. Really, I said, I had no idea I was in such afancy place that takes so long for a cheeseburger and sprouts. I thought this was a sports bar and not a 4 or 5 star restaurant.Come on. Just apologize.
