WOMEN, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. As a Latina women, it is absolutely heartbreaking to me that a place that is BENEFITING from Latino... culture, could be okay with a Latina being assaulted there. My friend's girlfriend was slapped across the face last nightbecause she didn't show interest in a man hitting on her. And what did the bouncers do? Absolutely NOTHING. They told her tocalm down and didn't kick him out. They then proceeded to turn off their Instagram comments because people were commenting forthem to take action. If I could give no stars, I would. First time here, in order to get to the bar you need to go upstairs, the upstairs bar lounge area is not that big of a space so... it does get crowded. It was too no surprise that their beer selection sucks since it is a mezcal/tequila place. The outsidepatio is also very nice to drink and have a nice conversation. If you really cared about your ?community? you would neverallow something like this to happen. If someone has multiple complaints against them throughout a night, they need to leave. Andto be hit in the face by someone twice your size and then being told by staff to ?stop aggravating? the assaulter is absolutelyunprofessional and inhumane. Spend your money somewhere else.
