Store won?t honor coupons, manager would rather argue than take $5 off a order

I went through the drive thru and was informed they were out of whole pieces of chicken but could get The other chicken items.... I ordered the double chicken tostada and was charged $11.57 . When I received the food at the window the large male worker said,you wanted the double chicken tostada, right?? When I got home I realized that there was zero chicken and that I was probablythe brunt of a joke. I can?t prove he charged me knowing there was no chicken on the tostada but have no desire to go back anytime soon. It!s too bad because this branch is more convenient but don?t like this bad experience. I did not feel mistreated by anyone else there.
