I made an order online. When I arrived at scheduled time to pick up my platter, it was not ready. The workers overlooked the... online orders for the day. Did not realize that I was charged when I made the order online, so I paid AGAIN in person. So notonly do the workers not pay attention to detail to cost me double the price and wasted time, but when I called back to report mycomplaint, the worker who answered had horrible customer service, would not share her name nor the managers?.
