I come here almost daily to spend money because it?s convenient. That won?t be happening anymore. Earlier this morning, I come... in to get a coffee refill, pay for it and cup tears outside. I come back inside to let them know and they just say ?go get youanother cup and you have to pay for it? I see two problems here. First of, why not get a refund for the refill I had just paidfor? And it even burnt my hand lol!!!! Did they care? No!?n Secondly, their attitude was simply terrible, unprofessional anddownright careless. Normally, when I get my coffee all mornings, the machine says ?tray must be cleaned? so when I tell themthey roll their eyes at me like I?m bugging them. So I learned how to do it and I was fine doing that but bye bye. I refuse togive my money to a place that does not value my business. One more thing about this place: the three ladies up front are alwaysdiscussing their personal lives in front of customers which is uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
