Imma keep it short and simple guy will has a serious attitude problem and aggressive when being told what I want on my sandwich,... a short girl very inappropriate loves to talk to a co worker dirty(and I can hear this while waiting on line btw) my wife toldme the only good thing about that place is a heavy set guy that was young I believe his name was Joey was very professional andwas willing to step in the situation when other employees were ?acting out?. To assure my wife has a good experience she usuallylooks for him to do our orders, he knows I love my vegi tuna on a roll lol, great guy definitely can tell has prior experiencein management, besides that I give this place a 3 only cause he showed how customer service should be done. Ordered on DoorDash. Ordered a sandwich on a bagel and a bagel with nothing on it. Did you send me mini bagels????. Paid 7.50... for BEC on a bagel sized for a child. If money is tight I get it, making your bagels smaller to save $ is a weird move. About adozen other bagel stores for me to order from. Read more
JOE the manager is the EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. I waited in line over a half an hour to get to breakfast sandwiches.... The order was made completely wrong. They gave me deli turkey meat instead of turkey bacon and left the bacon out on the othersandwich, they were cold, not toasted, hardly any avocado, one piece of unmelted cheese. Both sandwiches were awful. Aftercalling back to let the store know. JOE was completely rude kept calling me honey. He said I couldn't get a refund and hung upon me. When I called back he hung up on me again. I will NEVER go back to this place. Joe should be fired and should not be ableto speak to customers. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Sandwiches and sides are yummy. Be prepared to wait on line as it?s busy. Staff are friendly and helpful but it?s hard to hear... anything. The staff person needed me to say my order 3 times. My aunt had to ask someone to lower to music bc it was so loudthe staff can?t hear people who order. The sandwich are delicious! Don?t get the muffins. $3.50 on a chocolate chip muffinand my aunt took 3 bites and threw it away. Just a note to owners: if lettuce is brown or all white it should be thrown away andnot used in sandwiches.
