Just spend $30 on food and it was cold. I hope the management starts paying the living wage so they get people to work but know... how to work. The teenagers that were working today were overwhelmed and had no idea what they were doing without any managementto direct them. Shame on you pay your employees better. Read more
They wash the pans and condiment squeeze bottles in lukewarm water and never clean the grease and dust in the back. There's... always food littered about the floor. Oil doesn't get changed until employees complain about the smoke. I wondered why the frieswere always so nasty here. Well that's why. I tried the new southern fried fish and boy was I surprised. It was really good. The crispy cornmeal crust was really good and... the tartar sauce was pretty good. So many sauces are too sweet but this tartar wasn't. Where Arby's fell down was the fries. Ichose the crinkle fries since they we're shown in the ad and I even asked for them to be well done. (It wasn't busy.) But theyweren't crispy. With fries such a big fast food item you'd think restaurants would figure out how to cook good crispy fries. Read more
If I could leave -1 star reviews, this would be the one. Not only was I gifted with food poisoning, but also the view of the... ?office? in the same area food is being served which seems a bit unsanitary. It seems by the other reviews lately things havegone downhill quickly Read more

I used to like Arby's a lot, especially the french dip. But after multiple times of driving across town to get the french dip... and other goodies only to get back home and discover I didn't get all of my order I will never go there again. I don't mean theydidn't give me horsey sauce I'm talking about sandwiches and stuff. I know what you are thinking I should have checked my ordersand I probably should have. You know how it is tho, you have a big line behind you and you know they just want to get theirstuff and eat too. Besides isn't it their job to make sure that my order is complete? I called a couple times and was told veryrudely that if it's that important I could drive across town again and they would give me what was missing. By the time I dothat everything else is cold and those who got their stuff was done eating. I know mistakes happen but when it happens multipletimes you just have to wonder if they even care.
