Ordered through the drive through and had a total of $11.26. I gave the man at the window $20 in cash, and received $8.60 back.... I wouldn?t be mad about the missing 14 cents (I can understand a change shortage if they would?ve told me that) but not only didI not get a receipt, when I asked about my change, he said to me in a very rude tone: ?Yeah, so what?? I won?t be stopping byas long as they continue to let this slide. If you?re going to get food here, use credit or debit. Most horrible experience at Ken Pratt Burger King Longmont today. The lady at the drive thru window made us wait for about 5... minutes. We patiently waited. When we started ordering, she heard our accent and didn't have the patience to listen to ourorder. I was horrified when she told me "I don't have time to serve for people like you. We have other customers to serve.Please leave and have a good night"!!! She refused to serve us and didn't even respond to us after we tried to contact heragain.
