I took my wife to dinner here for the first time, and it was amazing! The food was spectacular. We ordered the muscles for an... appetizer. I could have ordered two; it was so good! For dinner, we got the lamb and crab cakes with scallops. We alsoenjoyed a few adult cocktails that were made to perfection. The patio seating is the best as you can take in the fresh Coloradoair! Our last visit to Martinis Bistro was just overall delectable! The cocktails, as the name implies, are always the star of the... show. This go round I ordered a martini called dusk which was a magical concoction containing vanilla and lavender. It was soenjoyable I ultimately ordered two! We had the pork pate appetizer which was served with perfectly toasted baguette anddeliciously pickled veggies and cornichons, a very inventive and tasty dish. I ordered the chicken which is always roasted toabsolute perfection and is tender juicy and flavorful. My fiance ordered the trout which was cooked perfectly. Martini's bistrohas been one of our favorite go-to's during the entire pandemic. They were solid then, at the beginning of it, but they havejust continued to grow and shine in their quality and offerings as things begin to normalize. The serving team is wonderfullyfriendly, remember us and greet us warmly when we come in. It is always a joyful experience for us and I would highly recommenda visit! Read more
