The most horrible customer service I?ve ever had. Had to do the drive through because the lobby was closed. Big blackish girl... yells my total to me at the window. We showed up at 830p and went to the speaker... sat there and no one would answer us so we drove up to the window. Had 2... employees look straight at us and turn around and ignore us. We waited a few more minutes since they were supposed to be open...finally someone came to the window to tell us they didn't have much food left so we could take the old leftover stuff orbasically leave. Absolutely terrible customer service. Told to go out front and wait 6 minutes for part of our order. 20 minutes later after I... watch them bag the exact thing I was waiting for and give it to 3 other people after me and then I have to actually walk in toget my order and am told that I don?t have ti be rude. Evelyn was the rudest! Rolled her eyes while my husband was ordering and left right in the middle of taking the rest of my... families order to go to drive-thru and chat with her friend. This was after the manager on shift had the handicapped parkingclosed off to power wash and then sat on the phone with his crew after asking my husband (whom has had several spinal surgeries)to move the car.
