Not what we were expecting. The photos looked great online. We were expecting flavorful pizza with delicious crust (twisted... crust looked so good). But we got thin bland pizza with no crust. The toppings look good but really didn't taste likeanything. We order the bacon chicken deluxe and the super shroom. We both ate 1 piece of each and didn't like either. I called from a brewery at 6:25 and confirmed they could deliver there (google maps says it is 6 minutes away). I asked that... they give me a call when they arrive and I would come out front so they didn't have to look for me. They said it would bedelivered by 7:15. At 7:25 we called to check on the order and were told it was on the way. At 7:45 we called again to check andHarvey assured us the it was on the way and would be here in less than 15 minutes. At 8:15, an HOUR after they said it would bedelivered, still no pizza and we called to cancel the order. i was asked to confirm my name and number and i was told that theywould "see what they can do". If my money is not refunded, i will be disputing this order. I will never order from here again.Update - At 8:53 when we were leaving on our motorcycle I received call stating the pizza was there. I told the driver we hadcancelled and would not be accepting it and he told us we would have to call the store. I would like to reiterate that I will bedisputing this charge with my bank if they do not issue a refund. Update - Josh reached out to me and apologized for thesituation and rectified the matter. I've updated to 3 stars and am happy with how he handled the matter. Since I never tried thepizza I am not sure about the taste, but Josh seems like a great owner. Read more
Delicious pizza, incredible service, and friendly staff! We worked with the owner and his team in making our preschool's... graduation out of this world! Several of our students requested pizza for their graduation ceremony, and we were happy tooblige! We worked with Smack Daddy's Pizza team to get the order placed in advance; when I arrived, the staff greeted me warmlyand had the pizzas ready to go, right on time! I had a hankering for mushroom pizza and this place did not disappoint! I knew it was going to be delicious when I walked in to... pick up my order and it smelled incredible.
