After waiting 1 hour for a juicy+poutine combo,yes you read right,I tried to call to acknowledge about my order payed before the... delivery(they asked to be pay before delivering their products),I have waited 20 more minutes to be able to reach someone at thenumber provided to understand why my order wasn't arrived yet,I hang up since no one has answered ever at all.I am aprofessional cook who works in the industry and this is behond joking,it's litterally just laughing at their customers withtheir prices not being average but above what they should be set for and the quality is soso,let's say acceptable if you'relucky,if I could I'd give a negative 5 stars for the customer services,the products and the lenght of the delivery.I do notrecommend this restaurant at all or even mention its existing,you been warned.
