Truly what a shame! I used to love going to this restaurant...and was so happy to come back with my son. The service was... absolutely terrible, took ages to order and get food and then took even longer to pay. The food was completely plain, nothingspecial at all. The drinks were OK. Service is very fast, food is delicious. I took the fried pickles, mac and cheese and a burger and it was amazing.
My experience was just okay. There was water dripping from an overhead pipe that was falling next to my friend. Staff was... notified, answered "oh look at that, I'll tell my boss", and left. Maybe they could have offered a rag or towel? I personallyordered the philly grilled cheese. Please do not buy this, it was dry and did not resemble a grilled cheese in the slightest(see image).
