We absolutely love this place! It's our mother/daughter time to talk about the weeks events over an amazing cup of Nutty Waffle!... I'm ashamed to say we hardly ever venture around the menu, although we should, because the other items look just as amazing!Thank you for always having such happy smiling employees (even the ones standing in the rain taking drive thru orders!) As wellas fresh & consistent snacks! Read more

I always get the Butter pecan Concrete It's my favorite. Today though it was lacking on the big pecan pieces that it usually has... and I didn't even taste the caramel. It had little pieces of pecans and barely a smear of caramel. My husband likes the vanillaand caramel, but his also just barely had a smear. The no line of cars says alot, we should of kept on driving as well. Read more

There is no better treat than Andy?s frozen custard! It?s so much better than any ice cream. I literally stop by every time I... get remotely near it. The chocolate custard is the best! While I do understand that it is a bit pricey, you can eat there on abudget if you just get a cone with your choice of chocolate or vanilla. You won?t regret trying it out. You will be addicted! So I?ve visited this location for the past few years and it?s been pretty good! However, tonight, I went, and it was an absolute... mad house. So disorganized. To start with, for the past 3 times I visited, they didn?t have enough ingredients to make myconcrete (which is on the menu, no customizing at all). Then, I was rung up as the wrong size concrete from what I ordered.Meanwhile, there is a line all the way to the street and half of the workers are standing around doing nothing, and they?rehanding out shakes so haphazardly some people were getting their concretes as soon as they order while others were waiting 10-15minutes because they were skipped. This happened to me as well unfortunately. The person handing out the concretes seemed tohave no recollection of who ordered when, and this problem could be easily fixed by taking and calling customers names to ensurethe proper order. All in all, what should have been a painless concrete run turned into a obnoxious experience. Read more

First visit for frozen custard and were very impressed with the speed of the drive through, not to mention Andy's frozen... custard! ?Just a note we did look at the menu online to order as we could not see the menu board. There is an order takeroutside who is a car or two ahead of the menuboard, so I recommend going on line to research your choices ahead of time or parkand walk up to place your order. This place is always busy and the drive through is full almost all the time but does movequickly. I had a Boot Daddy jackhammered with carmel and my hubby had the All American jackhammered with marshmellow, let me saythat these were by far the most outstanding desserts we've had in a long while! The blend of flavors, temperatures and textureswas spot on! When Having ordered a small, I devoured it in recorded time without shame. I must make an excuse to return toLongview for more! $????To those who comment about the prices. Remember this, when you use high quality products in what you areproducing there will be a cost to the consumer for the end product. You get what you pay for. I feel like I definitely got whatI paid for and worth every cent! Read more
