Went through the drive through. The lady taking the order literally wouldn?t let me get a word out to order. Super rude. When we... went to the window and asked for a manager, it turned out she is the manager!! She said i had a death in my family and i don?thave time for this do you want your food or no?! I replied I?m sorry about the death in your family but you shouldn?t be at worktalking to people like this. She threw my credit card on the ground and slammed the window. I have been here only twice and have yet to have someone that knows how to work the counter. Food came out alright amd tasted... just like burger king..King... but the lack of training at the register is a little frustrating. But... it's a fast foodrestaurant. I had been a regular customer for years at this location and alway had great service at the drive thru. Recently they have... started making you pull up to the window only to tell you to back up and then signal to you when to pull back up to the window. If you want your drive thru numbers to look better to upper management run your location better instead of cheating the systemhaving customers back up in the drive thru. Read more

Every time I've come here the workers are lackadaisical, lazy, and or just rude, however, my last visit lady working drive... through was lively, happy, helpful and just a fantastic change from my previous experiences here. I hope she stays around andinfluences the others in the future. One bad attitude will spread like cancer in a group of workers, hopefully they can get itturned around.
