Went today around noonish. There was an employee working the front counter that surprised me. First time in a long while... entering a fast food place and had someone appear to actually enjoy working. Kept a smile on his face the entire time I wasthere. Very personable. On the way out he told me to have a great day. Even when he wasn't helping customers he was preparingfood for customers with an overall aura of happiness. I know these are all small things but 99% of the time you enter any fastfood establishment employees look miserable and have no interest in doing anything to exceed the expectations of customers. 5star service. I love Chicken Express gizzards. Unfortunately I have never been to the one in Longview since I recently moved here. I ordered... my regular order and it came out so fast impressive! But not! My gizzards were cold and hard. They look like little blackmarbles. I even asked the girl if they were fresh I don't know if it was sarcasm but she said yes I made them myself.
