Normally Chili's is one of my favorite restuaraunts, but so far the Longview location has not lived up to my expectations. I... ordered one of my favorite meals, which is the Chicken Marguerite and a half order of Texas Cheese Fries, through Door Dashbecause of convenience. However when the food arrived, the chicken was very dry and the steamed broccoli undercooked and crunchystill. The Texas Cheese Fries were great as usual, but I only got to eat them after running to the local convenience store toget silverware since there was not any put in the bag for me. I'm not sure if they were busy for 4:00 in the afternoon, butthey should really make sure their To-go orders are as appetizing as the ones they serve in the restuaraunts since we pay thesame if not more for the convenience. Our server was really nice???? And the food was good. We enjoyed!
It was just okay this time. In the area where we were seated there were flies on the wall. My chicken bacon ranch quesodillias... were good, but my husband's burger was pure trash; everything was stopped on the burger. He didn't want anything else and theyrefunded that. They kept getting everyone's orders wrong and bringing the wrong food to the wrong tables so I don't know whatwas up with that. Our server was good; that was a plus. Read more
There was no host there to seat us, so we just found a clean empty booth and sat down. Eventually a waiter came to take our... order. Then another waiter brought us our food and asked us what we were drinking so she could refill our drinks; since ourglasses were empty. Finally after we were done eating we had to wait another 30 minutes for the bill. I had to tell anotherwaiter to go to the back and see what was going on. The other waiter told me that they had given our bill to the wrong table,and that they thought we had paid already. I have eaten at a lot of Chili?s restaurants and this one is by far the worst.
