The food was great. They don't have their soda machine up and running yet so the soda I got was flat. But other than that it was... great service. I need to try more on the menu before I decide how much I like it or not. Read more
2nd time here. First time was about a month ago, mid day during the week. We were seated and served quickly and food was good.... Chicken enchiladas full of flavor. Was excited to return. Today?s experience, not even the same restaurant I don?t think. Stale,greasy chips- no refills of chips (which is fine as they were no good) or salsa during our 30 min wait as the waitress neverreturned to our table after taking our order until our food was close to being delivered. They were busy as it is Sunday afterchurch. That?s also a known busy time that restaurants prepare in advance for. Zero..ZERO spice, salt, flavor of any kind. Evenwith salsa doused on everything- no good. We ate a few bites and left as our 1 year old was losing patience after havingfinished her meal 30 min prior. Sadly, I?m not much on second chances. I get you?re short staffed. But, this is also a tinyrestaurant with Tele?s quality food- doesn?t take long to prepare. It?s unfortunate we had a good experience the first time andwon?t be returning. It's ok but not great. Our waitress was great.... until our plates got to table. After that, no refills on tea, salsa, etc. Had... to go up to cashier to get our bill. Think she had someone she knows come in because she sat in their booth. Oh yeah, her childwas there and running through the dining room while she's trying to make him stop. Long drive, not cheap, service inconsistent.I can get that anywhere and cheaper. Gave them a chance because El sombrero is closed on sundays. Adios Jocelyn's. Read more
We have been here twice and the food is very very good- and that too at a great price! However, the service is not up to par-... the waitress hardly checked in on us (both visits) and the food comes out slow. For a restaurant that serves great food- thissmall change could lead to great results! Read more
