I came by this location today and bought several meals. My bill was 47 dollars and some change. When we got home we discovered... that we were short a happy meal, 3 orders of fries, and 2 large drinks. Also 3 weeks ago I was shorted a biscuit and gravy meal.I would not recommend this location to anybody and will not be returning myself. Read more
I try not to get my hopes up when I go to McDonald's... but this was a bit of a disappointment even for McDonald's. My Big Mac... came with pickles even though I ordered it without, not a deal breaker... I can pick them off. But I think they gave me someoneelse's burger because the notes on the ticket said no onions and my order clearly said no pickles. The hamburger was alsopretty dry like they had forgotten the sauce, but it was actually there. Aside from that, they gave it to me to go even thoughI ordered it as dine in. Went inside to get a quick bite and was standing in extreme stickiness while trying to get ketchup out of the ketchup pump.... There wasn?t any ketchup and all the drinks were awful. We sat down at a filthy table and after a couple of bites of my deluxespicy chicken it was raw plus my husband?s and sons hamburger patties were crunchy and burnt. I went and politely showed them mychicken and asked for refund since my appetite was spoiled. I was told that they can?t do refunds so I asked if I could get twoMcflurries and of course the ice cream machine wasn?t working.
