Ordered online for curbside pickup. Pulled up and found the parking lot full and one curbside space open. Another car whips... in cutting me off and the driver jumps out and goes inside. OK. Not Whataburgers fault. However, I was finally able to getinto a spot and checked in. Now the waiting begins. Almost 30 minutes passes and numerous employees pull up and slowly walkinside. Taking my cue from the other curbside spaces I go inside. There I find no employees at the counter. When I finally dosee someone come from the back the other people including the curbside folks are all ahead of me. At this point I realize thecurbside means very little and wait in line again. Finally, my turn and now they can't find my order. When they do find it atthe drive through window I get my order and head home only to find my food cold having to be reheated. I'm so upset about this. Let's start from the beginning. There was one car in the drive threw when we pulled up. Our order was... simple. 2 number ones, light mustard, and 1 small extra fry, for the little one. We waited in the drive threw for 35minutes..... 35 minutes!!!! Had I not already paid, I would have drove off! While waiting, we watched 4 employees pull thierphones out... not to mention we never got any kind of check in, while we were waiting. ( the fries are cooking, the burger iscooking, ect.)... When we got our food, we discovered that the Small fry we ordered, was thrown into the bottom of the bag. Wonderful fresh food. Only problem was they left a food item out of my order that I paid for, but, I called the Whataburger and... a Shift Mgr. Took my name and gave me his name to write on my receipt for getting the item next time I'm there. Was verysatisfied with all. Definitely will go again. Read more
