They were having a bad day. None of the workers were communicating with each other. Our burgers were made wrong. More than... one was incorrect. They Couldn't get their pay with debit/visa card operating system to operate right. Excepting cash only. The fountain drink machine had no ice. So, After standing in line again, for my ice after standing in line to have them fix ourburgers, They said "yeah, it hasn't been working right for awhile now.". They could have saved me and themselves some timeif they had just offered to fill people's cups when purchased. I mean, since they knew it wasn't working. Like I said, theywere having a not so good day. The people were nice about it, if that counts for anything anymore these days. It doesfor me and that is why my experience here was not ruined. We like to get their blizzards, but we have noticed that they haven't been blending them up but maybe halfway lately, even when... they aren't busy... which is really disappointing. Read more

Don't order food maybe the ice cream is good but the food was terrible cold onion rings and cold burger cheese wasn't even... melted at all chicken was cold . I almost canceled my order because when I went for ice for my drink there wasn't any theydidn't have other items I wanted either I had to settle for what we ordered but no ice that was it I yelled out" no ice cancelmy order " they magically found ice then we ate our cold meal. Just plain yuck ???? stay away Wow lame apology why would I evergo back to have the same thing repeated if I could give negative 10 stars that would not be enough. I live in Texas and the DQ'sthere are great this place was pathetic and made worse by this "sorry please come back" what really thats what you have to say.I say like other reviewers . Fire the management retrain the staff to know what they are supposed to be doing and to haveknowledge about what they serve poor kid behind the counter could not even tell me what sauce was on one of the items.
