An absolutely poorly managed business with virtually no management or supervision. They barely had anything in stock including... donuts, proper change and even napkins. This is obviously because of young irresponsible unsupervised workers who don't careabout getting things done as they're supposed to. They also seem to invite their personal friends to gather there to play loudvulgar music and use their workplace as their own personal hangout. I'd not recommend anyone visit here until managementactually supervises the business properly. Read more
Poor customer service, the employees acted like it was a complete inconvenience for them to make 2 coffees and pull 2 dozen... donuts. After all that, the coffee tastes like they used dirty mop water. I had to throw it out after one sip. Dunkin, youdisappoint me and I am never going back to this particular store. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to not have to deal withpoor attitudes and poor quality of food. Read more
Rudest most ignorant, most ghetto and unprofessional location around. This location is less than a mile away from my house and I... will drive all the way to the location in Winter Springs which is about 10 miles away to avoid this location. They are rude andalways out of items or will say items are discontinued after breakfast hours to avoid making them. Clearly, they hate their joband it's our fault they signed up to work here and make less than a living wage. This Dunkin is hit or miss. When they have the product they?ve made my order correct but someone needs to go in there and fix... the place up a bit. Last time I was there at the drive thru apparently it was broken & I needed to come inside - but was itbroken? Bc you just told me all that thru the speaker ????Whatever sign they put up blew away. Last time I got DoorDash here, mydasher got there and they didn?t have the flavor I ordered & had to cancel the order, wasting everyone?s time. Read more
