I ordered a half and half pizza that was supposed to be well done. This is how It was delivered. It was turned sideways in the... box and the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. It was still doughy. I called in to get the pizza refunded and was told Icould not have a refund since I placed an online order. The manager was very rude while I was trying to explain the condition ofthe pizza. He told me he could only remake another pizza or I could get credit for the next time. I told him I did not wantanother pizza and that this was the third time I had received something unfit to eat. He told to just bring it in then (underhis breath he called me a B****). My family was already very hungry and I was not going to wait another 45 minutes for a pizzathat may not be fit to eat again. This is the 3rd time I have ordered and my order has been wrong or not completely cooked. Iwill not give this pizza place another chance. I should have ordered from Pizza Junction, a local delicious place, that alwaysgets my order correct. Lesson learned, don't trust the chain restaurants, they only care about money not quality or customersatisfaction. This was Extremely disappointing.
