WORST SERVICE EVER!! Me and my friends ordered drinks (total of 4) and we waited for 20 mins before getting 2 of them and then... 45 MINS LATER THE OTHER TWO STILL AREN'T OUT! I nicely asked how much longer because we had an appointment to get to and thelittle red he?d girl looked at me and said ? I can just get you a refund? like ummm no I just want my drinks that I?ve beenwaiting an hour for! I then said to her no I just want my drinks please she vegans to get very sassy with him saying ?look I?mgoing in the order of the tickets you can either wait or get a refund? first off they were not going on the order of the ticketsbecause people who ordered way after me and ordered way more than me got all there stuff before I got mine. So I walked away andthen waited another 15 mins and they still were not out. So at this point I was getting very upswept and then walked up againasking how much longer and the girl tells me then that I did not pay for it because she doesn?t have a ticket WHEN CLEARLY I DIDBECAUSE IT WAS ON MY RECIPT and they then told me that they were not making it unless they see a ticket!! I told them I wantedmy drinks and I was not waiting any longer. So then they finally made the drinks and had such a sore attitude about it. I do notrecommend this place to anyone. Nice spot right next to rock city. The frappe was delicious too. Service was fast.
It would be nice if you?re going to pretend to be a real Starbucks that you could update your out of stock items online.
