We got our wedding cake and cupcakes here and it was beautiful and it tasted great. There was no cake left by the end of the... night. They did so well with what we wanted. Read more
I ordered a half sheet cake ($60) and 4 dozen cupcakes ($25 each). I then emailed a week before the party and ordered another 2... dozen cupcakes. The price went up, now it?s $29 per dozen. I asked why the price increase and they said the ?promotional sale?was over (even though this was part of the original order from weeks ago). What choice did I have, I paid the extra $8. Our apptwas at noon on Sunday (party at 2 pm). Nobody was there and the door was locked! I tried calling, texting, emailing and sent amessage through FB. Finally someone showed up at 12:20. Nothing was ready, he had to box everything up, and was a dozen cupcakesshort. We were running out of time (and patience), so we got a dozen cupcakes from the shelf. I specifically noted exactly whatI wanted written on the cake. ?Happy 80th Birthday Sandra? and ?Happy 75th Jack? underneath it a little smaller. What I gotunderneath instead was ?& HBD Jack?. Very disappointing! The cake was very tasty, but the icing was so thick several people justpulled it off. This is a family run business, which is the main reason I chose to order from them. We attended my aunt's 90th birthday party on Saturday and I was impressed with how beautiful her cake was. Having seen... spectacular cakes before, I thought this one would be like the others - pretty to look at, but not pleasant to eat. Boy, was Iwrong!
