Oh my goodness, I you wanted a chicken fried steak dinner, this place truly delivered. The chef was so wonderful to make sure... the veggies I ordered were perfect. My server was so kind and level-headed even though she was tired I could see it but sheserved me like she was a southern girl, with the kindest hospitality. I was proud to tip her liberally... I?m an otr truck driver and my experience at this Denny?s location was beyond horrific. I ordered a full zesty nachos plate with... two orders of the crazy spicy sizzilin? skillet. I wanted to substitute one protein for turkey bacon. The management team wantedto give us a hard time about that substitution. Once my orders were brought out they literally were half the portion size of anyother Denny?s location. I told m?aménageant I wasn?t going to pay for half an entrée when every other Denny?s location that isindependently owned doesn?t short their customers on portion size. The manager?s name was Denise and she had a very nastyattitude. She continued to talk about me and my wife to her employees as if we couldn?t hear her being unprofessional. I askedfor the owner?s contact number or email and she wouldn?t give that information out. This is by far my worse experience at anyfast food chain and I definitely wouldn?t recommend this location to my worst enemy. They don?t care about customer concerns andfixing a problem that could easily be resolved. Apparently this location weighs entrées prior to giving them to customers. Worst service imaginable, waitresses talk to you like you're a burden. Continue 30-40 miles on 10east there's another Dennys... that was happy to serve us. We walk in and the waitress sees us and doesn't move for 5 minutes, when she comes she says it willbe at least 20 minutes wait. Look at the pictures I attached, the restaurant was at maybe 15% capacity and I counted 4 workerswhile we waited. Those waitresses moved so slow. We waited the 20 minutes and nothing. We ended up walking out before gettingour table and we saw 4 other groups of people walk out as well. We went there 11/24/2022 at around 11:00am. Read more
