Mcdonalds is always a good meal while traveling. The McDonald's in Lordsburg has easy access on and off of I-10. The staff is... always friendly even though they can get super busy at times feeding starving travelers. Wait times are never long ,you get yourfood hot, and you are on your way!!Great job!! Never had an issue with this particular McDs until today! Extremely slow service, rude staff, and the place was dirty. I... understand it was late and they had several orders but they had enough people working unlike other times I've stopped. We askednicely for an extra ranch and they straight up said no. Have had issues with this location in recent weeks: Long wait times at the Drive-Thru, with zero communication from Drive-Thru... staff; long wait times, and poor service from in-lobby staff; zero apologies or explanations for slow service and lack ofDrive-Thru communication.
