hi, it's raining and I ordered through the application. they told me my food is not ready and they want me to go park in the... parking lot and come in side instead of the drive thru. I came to use the drive through not to walk inside they are trying tofix the score on the computer to make it look like they did it fast but when they really didn't do it at all. they are fakingyour timing system for the drive thru orders and extending the wait time in person and hiding it on the computer. This is afranchise violation and has been reported to corporate. This store managers name is Jackie at the time of the violation. Theyhad me wait at the order screen for 5 minutes before I can come up to the window to pick up my order. Read more

Is this normal? lady says she?s worked there 25+ years and it?s always been this way .
