My order was swapped with another which was also incorrectly made resulting in the worst sandwich I've ever had to pay for.... Staff seemed friendly and has a good base of regulars so I chalk my poor experience to just bad luck but won't be coming back.Menu looks great for their cold cut sandwiches but I would definitely avoid the weekly specials (they're all microwaved). The people were very friendly and were trying to be helpful, but it felt like about half the menu was unavailable for one reason... or another. The sandwiches were just okay. Not terrible. Not even bad....just okay. Which seems like a low bar for a placeselling t-shirts hyping one of those sandwiches. I didn't hate it, but considering how many options there are in Los Altos"Okay" was a disappointment. Also: this is very much a sandwich shop, not a real deli.
