Had a online order placed 2 weeks in advanced. Cake I ordered was wrong cake, no writing that I asked to be added when placing... the order was added. I purchased candles and weren't given at pick up or refunded for not having them. DIY sundae kit was givenwith the incorrect toppings, over all my entire experience at store pick up was unpleasant, cashier tall Hispanic guy wasinpatient and walked away when I made all the questions of why everything wasn't ready.
