Long wait. You'll be here for 15/20 minutes and employees won't acknowledge you. You ask for help and they ignore you, Everyone... waiting was complaining. They got one guys order wrong (who was waiting for a long time) and he didn't even care to have themfix it. He had enough of the waiting. The first time my husband and I tried this spot, two Carne asada burritos, I like meat only, but my husband likes rice/beans in... his, they were both nice plump burritos, asada was tender, meat from end to end, we said "we have our new burrito spot". Thenext time, we got the same identical thing, my husband enjoyed his, but my burrito mirrored a burrito from taco bell, it was sothin, I ended up tearing away a lot of tortilla, I was extremely disappointed. My husband stated, maybe it was a different person from the last time, could be, but whomever is there, should maintain a consistency regardless of who's tending to thefood. It's bad to have your customers coming to the establishment expecting one thing, but get side tracked with something else,it's not good business, and does not help to maintain your customer base, and it places a dark cloud on the business, becauseyou never know what you're going to get, I felt cheated.
