We came with a party of 10 to celebrate a birthday which we were happy they were able to seat us. The restaurant itself is quite... good but the issue I had with this restaurant in the past and which occurred again is their wait staff is so understaffed thatcauses them to be so disorganized that I honestly can't tell if it's intentional or not because they seem to double charge itemsFREQUENTLY. It frustrated me so much that I had to leave a review now that it has happened more than once. This time, We weredouble charged on a cocktail, that we ordered one of, in addition to the several other cocktails and mocktails. The waitresscame out with two and when we said we only ordered one she stated "oh don't worry about it" then proceeded to leave it on thebill. Later, after entrees had been brought to the table we realized an appetizer we ordered hadn't been brought to the table. Ibrought it to the attention of the waitress who apologized but at this point we told her to cancel it because we had enough foodon the table. Yet this was still on the bill. Food is rather good for a kosher restaurant so I still had to give them a starfor that. EDIT: seriously Charcoal? Overall great experience. Definitely a high priced menu but they put a lot on your plate. Lively atmosphere, the smaller venue... mixed with good smells from the kitchen and the cheerfullness from staff and other diners adds to the vibe rather than distractsfrom the meal.
