Family friendly branch. They have a play area and they open late ????
I did the drive-through. Friendly service up front. They ask for your name first, which is a great touch. Then I drive up to... the window. Well, I drove up to the car in front of me, which was already at the window. The person in this car had an orderthat was taking 15-20 minutes. I get that orders can take a while, but the staff should have had this car move to the parkinglot (where there was a lot of space) and wait there to get their order. The the rest of us could have sailed through! People goto the drive-through in the morning because they are budgeting the time on their morning commute. A delay like this makes peoplelate to their job. This can severely impact a person?s income. If there?s a problem like the one we saw this morning, it needsto be isolated so the rest of the process can move along. Read more
