I?ve visited twice in the last week and This crew is short staffed, overworked, and hustling way beyond their pay grade.... Chipotle as a multi billion dollar company should hire more employees to distribute the heavy work load and make the lines movefaster The way that in-n-out does. I feel so bad for the employees that have to work extra hard to compensate for the staffingissue. I?ve noticed they have a high turn over rate and it?s really not surprising given the working conditions they aresubjected to. Chipotle step up for your employees/the customer and hire more AND add more people to work during the day. You canabsolutely afford to make the work conditions better!! Read more
