First impression you get it’s not Mexican feeling at all, I am a first Spanish speaker, the staff doesn’t speak Spanish. It... has this contemporary feeling and modern decor. The food is not Mexican at all, starting with the mixed menu. It’s has a lotof Latino America food choices. But if you want traditional this place isn’t the one. The food was DELICIOUS! The modernpresentation was definitely UPSCALE! I do recommend this restaurant, even tho Is not traditional; it’s definitely the place toget outside of the box. One of the perks of listing a condo at the Higgins Building in Downtown LA is Dalia’s Cocina Mexicana. Dalia’s is located... downstairs from the Higgins Building off Main Street & W. 2nd Street. I‘ve been coming here almost every time I’m here forwork. I first got the Kale Quinoa Salad with Shrimp & Carne Asada, and it was fire! Also, I had a chance to get a breakfastburrito since I wanted something on the heavier side. But if you want something light, try their shrimp tacos (grilled & beerbattered); they were delicious!
