Dave's Hot Chicken is one of the first generation Nashville chicken places.They have also caught the expansion bug and have multiple locations throughout LA. This location on Fairfax is really nice. Ican't remember what was here before but I'm pretty sure they built the building for the restaurant and didn't just lease out anexisting space. Their chicken is very worthy of a big audience. It is tasty, crispy, and hot. I have to mentally prepare forintense spice but I still enjoy heat with a meal and their hot level did the trick. They have a simple menu featuring threebasic combos, sliders, strips or one of each. All at pretty good prices for a fast casual place in LA.
