WORSE DENNYS EVER!!! When me and my mom when we got there at 130am. We were greeted by a waiter that said he was the only... employee working and that we would need to pay upfront because people dine and dash . When we sat down to look at the menu hechanged his mind because he said we seem like hood people . When my mom got her food it wasn't don't right . She had to send itback several times. The steak was very thin and over cooked , he egges weren't soft scrambled, and hash browns undercooked . Mymom was unsatisfied and the watered refused to refund her money and tried to make us pay . Only a single waitress was hired to cover the 9 am to 6 pm shift. When I entered at 515 pm she claimed only takeout was being... ordered. I took a menu and seated myself. She proceeded to explain she was the only person and was currently on her lunchbreak. I politely informed her I was dinning with someone and waiting was not a problem. She insisted the wait would be over 40minutes. And I repeated I was alright with waiting for my plus one. After my associate arrived she proclaimed to be legallyblind and could not see what menu item was being pointed out. I usually order the $8.99 bottomless breakfast. The location of the Denny's near Union Station is great. It is very close to the Union Station, which makes it convenient for... people who are commuting. The service was promptly and I got checked several times to ensure my need was satisfied. The burgerswere tasty and the plate was kept hot. The sauces were spread evenly. The chips were okay. They were not as crisp as the onesyou get from In-N-Out, but they were still decent. The chicken was not as tender as I would have liked it to be, and the buffalosauce was too salty for me. I wouldn't recommend that boneless chicken dish. Overall, it is a decent restaurant that is worthfour stars. If the owner wants to further improve the ratings, the focus would be to recommend the best dishes they have basedon the preferences from the customers. Read more
